بتجاعيد وجهه المتزاحمة التي تحمل مئات الذكريات، وصوته المرتجف الدافئ، يستذكر الحاج طلال المصري (74 عاماً) صوت “كوكب الشرق” ام كلثوم الذي صدح في سبعينات القرن الماضي، داخل مقهى “الهموز” في مدينة نابلس (شمال الضفة الغربية) وبرفقتها محمد عبد الوهاب، كيف لا، وكان المقهى آنذاك مركزاً للفن والثقافة والأدب، فكما غنت ام كلثوم “يا بدر اختفي“، وقفت فيروز على اعتاب المقهى وغنت، كما جلس فريد الاطرش وشقيقته “الهموز” إبان الحكم التركي عام 1892، من أقدم المقاهي الشعبية الفلسطينية، إذ يعد أحد أبرز معالم المدينة الذي يرتبط في مخيلةِ الكثيرين، بعبق الزمن الجميل وروائح الماضي، ويحافظ أصحاب المكان منذ 126 عاماً على صرحه التاريخي العتيق، ولا تزال معالمه تشير للعهد التركي مثل البوابات التي تحمل الهلال، إضافة لآلات موسيقة كالفونغراف، وراديو قديم يُزّين صدر المقهى حتى يومنا هذا. يتحدث المصري لـ “اندبندنت عربية” منذ 50 عاماً، وأنا من رواد هذا المقهى، وحين أدخل، يعرف الحاضرون طاولتي ولا يجلسون عليها احتراماً لي، أطلب مشروبي الساخن ونرجيلة التمباك (العجمي) مستمتعاً بصوت فيروز التي تُجمل صباحي، وهذا المكان يحمل كل ذكرياتي منذ الشاب وحتى اليوم يعني “عشرة عمر“. ام كلثوم والبندقية عايش المقهى منذ تأسيسه، كل الأحداث الجوهرية التي عصفت بالقضية الفلسطينية، بدءاً من حكم الأتراك والانجليز والاردن، وحتى حكم السلطة الفلسطينية أوائل التسعينات، وشهدت زوايا المقهى أحداثاً لم ولن تنسى من ذاكرة الفلسطينيين، وأغلق المقهى لستة أشهر متتالية في العهد البريطاني خلال الأربعينات، وتحوّل في ما بعد لثكنة عسكرية، ثم بعد ذلك أصبح المقهى مقراً للثوار الفلسطينيين الذين كانوا يخططون لعملياتهم في مقاومة الاسرائيليين، وفي أواخر السبعينات، استقبل مسرحه عشرات الفنانين المصريين من مطربين وموسيقيين وممثلين، كما جمع الأدباء والشعراء والمفكرين، مثل، إبراهيم طوقان، وأكرم زعيتر، ومحمد دروزة، وعادل زعيتر، وغيرهم، ومع كل المنحنيات التي مر بها المقهى، ما زال ومنذ 126 عاماً، يحافظ على قوانينه الصارمة مع الزبائن، إذ يمنع بتاتاً تقديم أي مشروبات روحية أو لعب للقمار، أو الصراخ بصوت عال أثناء لعب النرد أو مباريات كرة القدم أو الشدة (ورق اللعب)، ويمنع التلفظ بالشتائم، كما أن المقهى يتمسك بصوت ام كلثوم وفريد وعبد الحليم لإطراب مرتاديه يومياً، وتبقى الأفضلية الكبرى لزبائن المقهى. رايق الهموز (60 عاماً) أحد أصحاب المقهى يقول لـ “اندبندنت عربية“، استطعنا عبر كل تلك السنوات، الحفاظ على التنوع والتعددية داخل المقهى من كل الفئات والأعمار، فكما يجلس هنا السياسي والمثقف والبرجوازي والأديب، هناك العمال والفقراء والكادحون وطلاب الجامعات وأصحاب الدرجات العلمية العليا، إضافة للأجانب الذين ينسحرون بعراقة المكان ويلتقطون الصور التذكارية، فالناس يعتبرون المقهى ملتقى لتبادل الأفكار والحديث وعقد الصفقات التجارية والدراسة والأبحاث، وهناك من الزبائن من يعتبر المقهى مكاناً لاستقبال الضيوف وتمت فيه عشرات عقود الزواج. الكل مرّ من هنا يضيف الهموز ” للحفاظ على التنوع المثالي داخل المقهى، حاولنا مواكبة متطلبات الزبائن الحديثة التي أصبحت أساسية كالإنترنت وشاشات التلفاز لا أكثر، فنحن لا نريد أن نبتعد عن الأجواء القديمة والعريقة التي اعتدنا عليها، وعندما قررنا عمل ديكورات جديدة بسبب اهتراء بعض الجدران، قمنا بتعديلات بسيطة جداً ليبقى المكان برائحته وذكرياته كما أحبه الناس، فلكل واحد منهم ذكريات، وأكاد أجزم ألا زائر أو ساكن أو سائح في نابلس إلا ودخل مقهى الهموز “. بساطة وعراقة المقاهي الشعبية في الضفة الغربية، وإن قل عددها مقارنة بالمقاهي الحديثة والعصرية التي تقدم ما لذّ وطاب، تحافظ على أسعار زهيدة مقارنة بنظيرتها الحديثة، فداخل المقاهي الشعبية تباع المشروبات الساخنة كالقهوة والشاي والسحلب والزهورات (أعشاب طبية) بدولار، بينما تباع المشروبات الباردة بدولار ونصف الدولار، أما النرجيلة التي يصل سعرها بطبيعة الحال بين ستة وتسعة دولارات، تباع في الشعبية بأربعة دولارات، وهذا سبب إضافي لتفضيل كثير من المواطنين المقاهي الشعبية البسيطة، على غيرها الباهظة الثمن في ظل ظروف اقتصادية صعبة ومحدودة وخصوصاً من فئة الموظفين. ويقول عبد الرحمن سمارة مدير مقهى “الهموز” لـ “اندبندنت عربية” إننا “في قائمة المقهى لا نعترف بالهوت شوكلت، او الاسبريسو والموكا والكبوتشينو وغيرها من المشروبات الحديثة، فنحن نحاول إرضاء الزبائن من خلال الأسعار الزهيدة التي نطلبها، والمقهى يمتاز عن غيره من المقاهي الحديثة أنه يقدم نرجيلة التمباك العجمي الأصيل منذ عشرات السنين، في حين تخلى الكثير من المقاهي الحديثة عن تقديم هذا النوع من النرجيلىة، كما
