الهواتف المحمولة لملايين السودانيين، لكن كثيرين صدموا بعد تداول صور ومقاطع فيديو جديدة وصفوها بال”وحشية” لعملية فض اعتصام الخرطوم في مطلع حزيران/يونيو ما أثار موجة غضب جديدة تجاه المجلس العسكري الحاكم. وتظهر مقاطع انتشرت على نطاق واسع خلال الساعات الأخيرة مشاهد عنف ظاهر يبدو أن مسلحين ارتكبوها بحق المعتصمين قرب مقر القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة في العاصمة. وتظهر صورة لا يمكن التحقق من مصدرها أو مكان حصولها شخصين بملابس عسكرية يقفان بحذائيهما على وجه شخص ملقى أرضا. فيما يظهر مقطع فيديو آخر مجموعة من المسلحين بملابس عسكرية يحيطون بفتاة بشكل غير لائق، فيما يقوم أحدهم بوضع يده حول رقبتها وهي تصرخ. كما يمكن في صور أخرى رؤية مسلحين يضربون أشخاصا بعصي خشبية. ولا يمكن التأكد تماما من هوية الأشخاص الذين التقطوا هذه الصور وينشرونها، وهي ظهرت غالبا على حسابات أشخاص تبدو أسماؤهم مستعارة. ويمكن التعرف في عدد منها على مكان الاعتصام الذي استمر أسابيع قبل أن يتم تفريقه بالقوة. وكان السودانيون يعتصمون قرب المقر العام للقيادة العامة للجيش منذ السادس من نيسان/أبريل للمطالبة بتغيير النظام السياسي. وبعدما أطاح الجيش في 11 نيسان/أبريل بالرئيس عمر البشير الذي حكم البلاد على مدى ثلاثين عاما، رفض آلاف المحتجين فضّ الاعتصام مطالبين بنقل السلطة إلى المدنيين، فيما يتولى مجلس عسكري الحكم منذ الإطاحة بالبشير. وسبق أن انتشرت صور مماثلة لأحداث الثالث من حزيران/يونيو الدامية، لكن مع عودة الإنترنت على الهواتف المحمولة، بات تداول أشرطة الفيديو أكثر سرعة وانتشارا. وعبر الطالب في الإدارة العامة حسين هاشم عن “غضبه الشديد” بعد مشاهدة الصور والمقاطع المصورة الأخيرة. وقال لوكالة فرانس برس في حي الديم في وسط الخرطوم “هذه الفيديوهات الوحشية هدفها زرع الخوف في قلوب الناس لكنّنا لن نخاف”. وأضاف الشاب الطويل القامة البالغ 19 عاما “انتابني غضب شديد بسبب مشاهد القتل والضرب الوحشية”، متابعا أنّ مرتكبيها “لا رحمة ولا دين ولا إنسانية لديهم”. وقال رفيقه الطالب سموأل البالغ من العمر 21 عاما “شعرت بغضب عارم بسبب هذه الفيديوهات”، مضيفا “هدفهم إخافتنا، لكن هذه المشاهد البشعة ستعطينا دافعا اكبر لاسترداد حق الشهداء”. وقطعت خدمة الإنترنت في السودان إثر فضّ مسلّحين يرتدون زياً عسكرياً الاعتصام في عملية أسفرت عن مقتل أكثر من مئة متظاهر إصابة مئات آخرين بجروح. ويتهم المحتجون ومنظمات حقوقية قوات الدعم السريع بالهجوم على اعتصام المحتجين. ويومها أمر المجلس العسكري الحاكم بقطع الإنترنت عن الخطوط الهاتفية المحمولة والأرضية في سائر أنحاء السودان، في خطوة هدفت في نظر المتظاهرين إلى منعهم من تنظيم التجمعات الاحتجاجية. وبعد أيام، عادت خدمة الإنترنت على الشبكة الأرضية، لكنّ خدمتي الجيل الثالث والجيل الرابع ظلّتا مقطوعتين عن المشتركين بالهاتف المحمول حتى الثلاثاء الفائت عندما أعادت السلطات الخدمة تنفيذاً لأمر قضائي. وقال المحامي عبد العظيم حسن لوكالة فرانس برس “الهدف من حجب الإنترنت كان إخفاء معلومات واضحة وأدلة لما حصل في مجزرة القيادة العامة”. وتابع المحامي الذي رفع دعوى أمام محكمة في الخرطوم ضدّ قطع خدمة الإنترنت عن هاتفه “من حق كل مواطن الاطلاع على المعلومات الحقيقية وهو يشكل العقيدة والآراء والمواقف التي يراها بنفسه”. “مفبركة” ا ف ب : ياسووشي شيبا شاب سوداني يتصل بالإنترنت على هاتفه النقال في أحد مقاهي الخرطوم في 17 حزيران:يونيو 2019 في المحال والطرق والفنادق، يمكن رؤية مواطنين ومواطنات يتداولون مقاطع فيديو لفض الاعتصام. وتم تدشين صفحة على موقع “فيسبوك” لتوثيق “المجزرة” أضيفت إليها عشرات الصور والفيديوهات في أقل من أسبوع. على الصفحة، كتب أحد المستخدمين “لا بد من محاسبة الذين ارتكبوا هذه الجرائم”، ليرد عليه آخر “دون محاسبة وعقاب وقصاص، لن تنجح هذه الثورة العبقرية الفريدة”. وقال نائب رئيس المجلس العسكري الفريق محمد حمدان دقلو في تجمع في ولاية نهر النيل (شمال) السبت إن هذه الصور والفيديوهات “مفبركة”، متهما “مندسين وأجهزة مخابرات” أجنبية بالوقوف خلفها. وقال دقلو المعروف ب”حميدتي” والذي يقود قوات الدعم السريع “هناك صور مفبركة يتم تصويرها. هناك ناس صورت 59 فيديو في يوم واحد. بالطبع لديهم هدف. لديهم أجندة مختلفة”. وشدّد على أن قوات “الدعم السريع تعرضت للظلم” في هذه الأحداث. ويصر سائق شاب فضّل عدم الكشف عن اسمه على أن هذه “الفيديوهات غير مفبركة، وهم (المسلحون) من صوروها بأنفسهم”. وحصل توتر شديد في البلاد بعد فض الاعتصام، لكنّ بعد وساطة مكثفة من الاتحاد الإفريقي وإثيوبيا، عاد الجانبان الى التفاوض وأمكن التوصل الى اتفاق لتقاسم السلطة مطلع الشهر الجاري. ويلحظ الاتفاق تشكيل مجلس عسكري مدني مشترك لقيادة المرحلة الانتقالية التي ستستمر ثلاث سنوات. وقال السائق بغضب “انطباعي بعد مشاهدة الفيديوهات الجديدة أصبح أنه يجب الانتقام للضحايا، لأن (المسلحين) تعدوا على المواطنين وحرمات المنازل والنساء”. وأضاف “لا بد من إلغاء أي اتفاق مع المجلس العسكري وتقديمهم للمحاكمة قبل أي شيء”. وقالت شابة عشرينية رفضت الكشف عن اسمها لأسباب أمنية إنها شعرت بالسعادة أولا لعودة الانترنت على
