والإنسانية اندبندنت عربية / أمينة خيري صحافية لم تعد الكلمة مخيفة، كما لم يعد الوضع مريعاً. صحيح أن القشرة الخارجية للمجتمع لا تزال ممسكة بتلابيب الوصمة ومصممة على عيوب الفكرة، لكن أصحاب الشأن من المطلقين والمطلقات لهم رأي مخالف وموقف مغاير. تغيرات لا أوّل لها أو آخر، وتطورات متسارعة قلبت موازين المجتمع رأساً على عقب. تبدلت حياة الأسر، وتحولت سبل التربية، وتقلبت أولويات الناس، وانعكس ذلك على منظومة الطلاق برمتها، فارتفعت النسب، وزاد القبول، وتقلصت الوصمة. حتى علاقات الأزواج والزوجات بعد حدوث الطلاق صار بعضها أكثر تحضراً وأعمق تفهماً. “التفاهم الحقيقي حدث بعد الطلاق. صرنا أكثر واقعية ومنطقية. لم تعد هناك توقعات أو محاولات للتغيير أو مشاعر حنق أو رغبة في اللوم والعتاب، فقط محاولات للوصول إلى أنسب وسيلة للتواصل لصالح الأبناء”، كما تقول نادرة حجازي، 40 عاماً، المطلقة منذ عامين. حجازي اتفقت مع طليقها على أن يبقيا على مساحة من الود من أجل ابنتهما. تقول “منذ تم الطلاق وكلانا أكثر قدرة على التفاهم حول مدرسة البنتين وأدائهما الدراسي ومستقبلهما ومشاكلهما. قبل الطلاق كان كل منا متربصاً بالآخر. كنت نتذرع بالبنتين لنمسك في خناق بعضنا البعض بسبب مشاكل أخرى أكبر بيننا لم نكن نجروء على الحديث فيها. وطوال سنوات زواجنا الـ15 وكل منا يحاول أن يغير من شخصية الآخر وطريقة تفكيره وتصرفاته دون طائل. هذا الفشل في التغيير استنفد جهدنا ووقتنا على حساب البنتين. لكن حالياً وقتنا وجهدنا موجهان لهما، وأعتقد أنهما أسعد حالاً”. الطلاق لتقليص الضرر السعادة لا تتحقق في الطلاق بالطبع، لكنه وسيلة من وسائل تقليص الضرر. يقول استشاري العلاقات الأسرية الدكتور أحمد منصور “إن استمرار الزواج لا يعني بالضرورة نجاحه. وكم من زيجة أدى استمرارها إلى مشكلات نفسية للزوجين وللأبناء. عدم التفاهم والشعور بالظلم واختلاف طريقة التفكير والأولويات وشعور أحد الطرفين أن الآخر لا يتحمل المسؤولية أو يفقتد إلى النضج وغيرها من المشكلات تجعل الزوجين يعيشان في تناحر مستمر. هذا الشعور يقتل ببطء، وهو إنْ لم يقتلهما بمعنى الموت فهو يقتل المشاعر والطموح والبهجة والشعور بأنهما على قيد الحياة”. وهذا تحديداً ما شعرت به سلوى، 55 عاماً، التي تصف وضعها بأنها أمسكت بالعصا من المنتصف. تقول “أنتمي إلى الجيل الذي يعتبر الطلاق عيباً كبيراً لا سيما بالنسبة إلى المرأة. لكن الأمور تغيرت، وأصبح المجتمع، على الأقل البعض من ذوي الفكر التنويري، أكثر قبولا للفكرة باعتبارها طوق نجاة لمن استحالت العشرة بينهم. انتظرت حتى تزوجت ابنتي حتى لا يؤثر طلاقي على وضعها أمام أهل زوجها ثم طلبت الطلاق من زوجي. ويبدو أنه كان منتظراً ذلك على أحر من الجمر لأننا فعلياً كنا منفصلين نفسياً قبلها بسنوات طويلة”. تبتسم وتقول: “أمسكت بالعصا من المنتصف. ضمنت زواج ابنتي ثم تم الطلاق. صحيح أنني لن أتزوج مجدداً. وأعتقد أيضاً أن طليقي لن يعيد الكرة، لكن كلينا أفضل حالاً الآن”. أفضال الطلاق كثيرة، لا سيما في مجتمع بدأ أفقه يتسع بعض الشيء للفكرة. لكنه أيضاً حافل بأعراض جانبية ومظاهر سوء استخدام وأعراض إفراط واستسهال. على صعيد الإفراط، أخبرنا الجهاز المركزي للتعبئة العامة والإحصاء قبل أيام أن عدد عقود الزواج في عام 2018 بلغ 887،315 عقداً في مقابل 912،606 عقداً في عام 2017، بنسبة انخفاض 2.8%. وبلغ عدد حالات إشهار الطلاق 211.554 حالة في 2018 مقابل 198.269 حالة في العام 2017 بزيادة 6.7%. مصر ليست الأولى عالمياً وبلغة الأرقام أيضاً، وعلى الرغم مما يشاع حول أن مصر تأتي على رأس دول العالم في ارتفاع معدل الطلاق، فإن هذه النسب التي تبدو مرتفعة للمصريين لا تزال مصنفة تحت بند “المتوسط المنخفض” عالمياً. معدل الطلاق في مصر البالغ 2.1 في الألف يبقى أقل بكثير من دول مثل روسيا (4.8 في الألف) وبيلاروسيا (4.1 في الألف) والولايات المتحدة الأميركية (3.2 في الألف) ولاتفيا وليتوانيا والدنمارك (3.1 في الألف) في كل منها. وفقا لتقرير تعداد العالم لعام 2018. لكنه أيضاً يعتبر مرتفعا في العرف الثقافي والاجتماعي المصري. “ولا يزال العرف الثقافي المصري يتأرجح بين فكرة أن الطلاق عيب ولا يصح مهما كان حجم المشكلات والخلافات بين الزوجين وبين اعتبار الطلاق أحسن الحلول في حالة استحالة العشرة. وحتى مفهوم استحالة العشرة يخضع حالياً لحراك اجتماعي وثقافي كبير وعاصف، حتى وإن بقي هادئا وساكناً”. العرف الثقافي الذي تتحدث عنه استشارية العلاقة الأسرية الدكتورة مروة جابر ما زال ممسكاً في خناق المرأة التي عليها أن تستوعب نزوات الرجل وزلاته وأخطاءه وهفواته وخطاياه دون أن تتململ أو تعترض أو تجاهر بغضبها. تقول جابر: “مازلنا نسمع إلى اليوم عبارات مثل (الست الشاطرة تداري على بيتها وزوجها) أو (الرجل طفل كبير وعلى الزوجة أن تعتبره ابناً إضافياً في البيت) وغيرها من المطالبات الكاشفة لإصرار قطاع كبير من المجتمع على إلقاء مسؤولية الأسرة برمتها على كاهل المرأة”. كاهل المرأة أصقله التعليم وأثقله سوء المعاملة كاهل المرأة الذي أصقله التعليم ودربه سوق العمل، وأثقله سوء المعاملة بات أكثر تفهماً لفكرة الطلاق أو على الأقل الانفصال. تقول جابر: “كثيرات، لا سيما في الأعمار الأصغر نسبيا أواخر العشرينات وأوائل الثلاثينيات، أو المستقلات مادياً والمؤمنات بقدرتهن على مواجهة المجتمع والمستعدات لفهم الطلاق باعتباره نقطة بداية لفصل جديد وليس الخاتمة يُقدمن على الطلاق بشكل أسرع من جيل أمهاتهن. هؤلاء يوازنَّ بين الحفاظ على شكل اجتماعي على حساب صحتهن النفسية والعصبية وربما الجسدية، وبحسبة ورقية يتأكدن أن لديهن القدرة المادية على الإنفاق على أنفسهن وأطفالهن”. الجوانب المادية كثيراً ما تكون مؤثرة في قرار الطلاق، لكنها ليست الأكثر تأثيراً. خبير الاقتصاد وأستاذ التمويل الدكتور مدحت نافع ينفي في مقال له عنوانه “الأسباب الاقتصادية للطلاق” أن يكون السبب الرئيسي وراء الطلاق هو الفقر أو الاقتصاد، بل يمكن أن يكون سبل إدارة الموارد الاقتصادية للأسرة. يضيف: “الطلاق الذي يعرفه كل مصري على أنه أبغض الحلال عند الله تحوّل إلى باب سهل لحل الخلافات الزوجية بين عموم الشباب المتزوجين حديثاً. اليوم انتشرت حالات الطلاق حتى صارت مألوفة لا ينزعج لها معظم الناس. الأسباب الاقتصادية لانهيار عقود الزواج في مصر يكمن في إدارة الموارد الاقتصادية على نحو يتميز بالكفاءة أو الإخفاق. القدرة على التخطيط لعلاقة زوجية ناجحة يجب أن تتعدى مسائل الألفة والتفاهم والمساحات المشتركة إلى تخطيط اقتصاديات الأسرة، وتدبير للموارد على نحو يساعد استمرار تلك الوحدة المجتمعية الأهم”. الأسرة… الوحدة الاجتماعية الأهم الوحدة المجتمعية الأهم صارت هي الأخرى محل تنازع بين قوى القديم والجديد، ودعاة التحديث وأنصار التجميد. موقع “الدعوة السلفية” على شبكة الإنترنت لا يالو جهداً في التحذير من الأضرار والمآسي والكوارث الناجمة عن نزول المرأة إلى العمل وتذوقها طعم الاستقلال المادي. فبالإضافة بالطبع إلى “خطورة الاختلاط والوقوع في المحظور والدخول في علاقات جنسية محرمة” يظل شبح ثقة المرأة في قدراتها يهدد كيان الأسرة. يشير الموقع إلى أن “الدور الذي خلق الله الرجل من أجله هو النفقة والاكتساب، أما دور المرأة فهو الإنجاب وتربية الأولاد والعطف والرضاعة والحضانة والأعمال التي تناسبها لتعليم النساء وإدارة مدارسهن والتطبيب والتمريض لهن. أما ترك واجبات البيت من قبل المرأة فهو ضياع للبيت بمن فيه، ويترتب عليه تفكيك الأسرة، وهو السبب الرئيسي في وقوع وزيادة حالات الطلاق”. ودلل الموقع على ذلك بـ”ارتفاع معدلات الطلاق بشكل واضح في المجتمعات الصناعية لشعور المرأة بالاستقلال الاقتصادي، فلا تتردد في قطع علاقتها الزوجية إذا لم يحقق لها الزوج السعادة التي تنشدها”. السعادة المنشودة زوج “شيماء” لم يكتف بعدم تحقيق السعادة التي تنشدها، بل أجبرها على النزول للعمل لتنظيف البيوت يومياً “بعدما أقعده الكيف” على حد قولها. شيماء، واحدة من نحو 12 مليون سيدة مصرية تعيل أسرتها وفقا لتقديرات الجهاز المركزي للتعبئة العامة والإحصاء، تقول “إنها حين تزوجت قبل نحو تسع سنوات اشترط عليها زوجها أن تترك عملها في مصنع الملابس. وعلى الرغم من راتبها المعقول وظروف العمل المناسبة، تخلت شيماء عن العمل لأن زوجها أكد لها أنه سيتكفل بكل متطلبات البيت. لكن بعد أشهر قليلة وأثناء حملها في طفلها الأول، اكتشفت أن زوجها يعاقر المخدرات، وأن جانباً معتبراً من دخله كعامل طلاء يضيفه إلى (الكيف). وزاد الطين بلة وقوعه في مشكلة صحية كبيرة أقعدته عن العمل لكن احتياجه للمخدرات استمر”. ووجدت شيماء نفسها مجبرة على العمل في تنظيف البيوت باليومية أثناء حملها الأول ثم الثاني وبعدهما الثالث، ثم قررت أن تتوقف المهزلة. تقول: “كان أبي وأمي يرهبانني لعدم طلب الطلاق من زوجي، وأنني لن أجد من ينفق على وعلى أبنائي، لكن استجمعت شجاعتي وتنازلت لزوجي عن الشبكة حتى يطلق سراحي. ولم أهتم بكلام الناس أو بتهديد والدي، وحالياً أعمل لأنفق على أربعة أفراد بدلاً من خمسة أحدهم مدمن”. إدمان المخدرات سبب من أسباب طلب الطلاق، وهو سبب لا يمكن الاستهانة به. لكن العقد والنصف الماضيين شهدا ارتفاعاً كبيراً في حالات الطلاق في الفئات العمرية الشابة لا سيما في الطبقة المتوسطة وما فوقها. الدكتورة مروة جابر تتطرق إلى “جودة الحياة” التي تعد من أولويات الطبقتين المتوسطة وما فوقها، لا سيما لمن يتمتع بينها بعقلية ليبرالية لا تعترف بالقيود المجتمعية أو المخاوف الدينية. تقول “هناك ظاهرة بين الطبقات التي تحظى بتعليم جيد ولديها هوامش معقولة في التفكير النقدي والاستقلالية المادية ألا وهي ترجيح كفة جودة الحياة أي عمل restart (إعادة تشغيل) للحياة في وقت مبكر من الزيجات الفاشلة. فإذا كانت الطبقات الفقيرة وأولئك المتمسكون بالعادات والتقاليد من تقديس منظومة الزواج مهما كانت فاشلة، أو خوفاً من القيل والقال، والسمعة وكلام الناس، ومعهم الزوجات اللاتي لا يتمتعن باستقلالية مادية تظل محافظة على كيان الزواج أطول وقت ممكن، فإن آخرين يفضلون جودة الحياة، حتى وإن كانت في كنف لقب (مطلق) أو (مطلقة)”. المطلقون والمطلقات ومنظومة الطلاق في مصر كيان قائم بذاته، يتأثر بالتاريخ ويخضع للجغرافيا ويجد نفسه مثار شد وجذب بسبب الاقتصاد وتحت وطأة السياسة وبسبب تأثير الحراك الاجتماعي والاقتصادي الحادث في المجتمع. تقول المحامية نوال شعبان “إن العديد من حالات الطلاق تحدث في مصر بسبب الجنس، وهو سبب مازال ممنوعاً من التداول العلني. الضعف أو العجز الجنسي لدى الزوج، برود الزوجة وفقدانها الرغبة الجنسية، الرغبات الجنسية التي يطلبها طرف ولا يقبلها الطرف الآخر وغيرها كثيراً ما تؤدي إلى الطلاق ولكن بعد تمويهها بأسباب أخرى مثل البخل أو النكد أو تدخل الأهل أو غيرها، لأن الحديث عن الجنس والاحتياجات الجنسية من الأمور الممنوعة بحكم العادات والتقاليد”. الجنس تابو وإذا كانت الأسباب المتصلة بالحياة الجنسية للزوجين لا تجد آذاناً صاغية إلا فيما ندر، فهي تابو واضح وصريح، فإن الأسباب المتصلة بالعوامل الاقتصادية لا تجد إلا آذاناً صاغية. تقول نيرمين ممدوح، 43 عاماً، “إن حياتها وزواجها وأبناءها وقعوا ضحية العوامل الاقتصادية. تزوجت زواجاً تقليدياً، وتعرفت إلى زوجي في نطاق عائلي. أنا عروس مناسبة، وهو عريس مناسب. أبي أراد أن يؤمن لي مستقبلي ويضمن حقوقي، فدخل في صراعات مع زوجي وأهله ليرفع قيمة المهر ويشتري شقة ثلاث غرف وليس غرفتين ويوقع على قائمة الأثاث والمفروشات ويكتب لي مؤخر صداق باهظاً. لكن الخلافات بيننا تفاقمت ووصلنا إلى طريق مسدود، وطلبت الطلاق ولم أتمكن من الحصول عليه إلا بالتنازل عن كل حقوقي المادية”. الحقوق المادية التي تتنازل عنها المرأة لتحصل على الخلاص، والأموال الطائلة التي يخسرها الرجل بحثاً عن الطلاق بعدما استدان لإتمام الزيجة، وجودة الحياة التي يبحث عنها البعض على حساب المظهر المجتمعي، وغيرها من القرارات الصعبة التي يتخذها البعض في مصر وتؤدي إلى ترجيح كفة الطلاق بحثاً عن حياة أفضل مازالت تقف على طرف نقيض من زيجات أخرى تستمر لكنها في حكم الطلاق. تقول الدكتورة مروة جابر “إن حالات انفصال الزواج في مصر صارت كثيرة جداً، سواء التي توثق في المحاكم ولدى المأذون أو غيرها التي تستمر صورياً لكنها فعلياً منتهية”. تضيف: “يظل المتهم الأكبر وراء حدوث حالات الطلاق وتفاقم أعدادها قلة وعي المقبلين على الزواج، على اختلاف فئاتهم، بمعنى الزواج وقيمته ومكانته. البسطاء يتزوجون لأن الزواج سترة وتطور طبيعي للإنسان، وغير البسطاء يتزوج بدافع العاطفة الجياشة أو درءاً لشبح العنوسة أو بحثاً عن مخرج مقبول من بيت الأسرة. قليلون فقط هم من يخططون جيداً لهذه الحياة الجديدة، ويعون معنى المسؤولية عن بيت وأبناء وشريك حياة”. “مودة” لدرء الطلاق ودشنت الحكومة المصرية مبادرة “مودة” تحت مظلة وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي في فبراير (شباط)، بهدف تدريب فئات عدة في المجتمع للحافظ على الكيان الأسري. وتتلخص محاور المبادرة في الحفاظ على كيان الأسرة المصرية بتدعيم الشباب المُقبل على الزواج، والعمل على تطوير آليات الدعم والإرشاد الأسرى وفض المنازعات قبل حدوث الطلاق، ومراجعة التشريعات التي تدعم كيان الأسرة وتحافظ على حقوق الطرفين والأبناء. كما تستهدف “مودة” المتزوجين المترددين على مكاتب تسوية النزاعات، ويتوقع أن يكون هناك 171 مكتبا للاستشارات الأسرية في 27 محافظة بالإضافة إلى الوجود في 212 مكتباً تابع لوزارة العدل ويتردد عليها الأزواج والزوجات لتسوية النزاعات. كما تشتمل المبادرة على عدد من الأنشطة بينها برنامج إذاعي “بالمودة نكمل حياتنا”، وعروض مسرحية إرشادية، ورسائل توعوية على الهواتف المحمولة ودعم دور مكاتب تسوية النزاعات الأسرية لتقليص حالات الطلاق وحل
