دبي – العربية.نتعقدت خلية الإخوان التي ألقت السلطات الكويتية القبض عليها، الجمعة، اجتماعات في قطر وتركيا والكويت، وفق ما نقلت صحيفة “الراي” الكويتية عن مصادر أمنية.
ووفق “الراي” فإن أعضاء الخلية الثمانية الذين تم ضبطهم تم تسليمهم إلى مصر على دفعتين بناء على طلب السلطات المصرية.
وأكدت الداخلية الكويتية أنها تحقق لمعرفة “من مكّن أعضاء الخلية من التواري وساهم بالتستّر عليهم، والتوصل لكل من تعاون معهم”.
وأفادت الوزارة أن “الخلية قامت بالهرب والتواري من السلطات الأمنية المصرية متخذة من الكويت مقراً لها، حيث رصدت الجهات المختصة مؤشرات قادت إلى الكشف عن وجود الخلية، ومن خلال التحريات تمكّنت من تحديد مواقع أفراد الخلية وباشرت الجهات المختصة عملية أمنية استباقية، تم بموجبها ضبطهم في أماكن متفرقة”، مبينة أنه “بعد إجراء التحقيقات الأولية معهم أقروا بقيامهم بعمليات إرهابية وإخلال بالأمن في أماكن مختلفة داخل الأراضي المصرية”.
وحذّرت وزارة الداخلية الكويتية من أنها “لن تتهاون مع كل من يثبت تعاونه أو ارتباطه مع هذه الخلية أو مع أية خلايا أو تنظيمات إرهابية تحاول الإخلال بالأمن، وأنها ستضرب بيد من حديد كل من تسوّل له نفسه المساس بأمن الكويت”.
بداية الخيط
ونقلت “الراي” عن مصادر أمنية قولها “بداية الخيط في القضية كانت بورود معلومات أمنية من السلطات المصرية تتعلق بوجود المطلوبين في الكويت وطلب تسلّمهم، وأهمهم أبو بكر عاطف السيد الفيومي”، مبينة أن “جهاز أمن الدولة، الذي كُلّف بمتابعة الملف، عمل خلال فترة غير قصيرة على إجراء تحرياته وتحقيقاته ومراقبة المطلوبين ورصد تحركاتهم قبل ضبطهم”.
وأشارت المصادر إلى أن “المضبوطين الثمانية يقيمون في الكويت منذ سنوات طويلة، وأن أسماءهم وردت خلال تحقيقات السلطات المصرية مع عناصر متورّطة في عمليات إرهابية قبل سنوات، حيث اعترفوا بوجود شركاء لهم في الجماعة وتجمعهم ارتباطات سياسية وتنظيمية ومالية، ووردت أسماء أعضاء خلية الكويت في الاعترافات، وأدخل هؤلاء إلى سجل الاتهام في القضايا التي نظرتها المحاكم المصرية وصولاً إلى صدور الأحكام عليهم، وهذا ما يفسر دخولهم القضية رغم وجودهم في الكويت منذ سنوات وعدم دخولهم مصر أيضاً منذ سنوات”.
وقالت إن “الأحكام الصادرة بحق أعضاء الخلية تتراوح ما بين 5 إلى 15 عاماً في قضايا الاعتداءات الإرهابية، ومشاركتهم في أعمال الشغب عقب فض اعتصامي النهضة ورابعة العدوية، في محافظات مصرية عدة”.
جزء من منظومة كبرى
وأفادت المصادر أن “التحقيقات والتحريات التي أجرتها السلطات الأمنية في الكويت، كشفت أن أعضاء خلية (الإخوان المسلمين المصرية) المضبوطين هم جزء من المنظومة الكبيرة التي يتم رصدها منذ نحو ثلاث سنوات، وتبين عقد خلية الكويت الإخوانية لاجتماعات عدة في تركيا وفي قطر فضلاً عن اجتماعاتهم في الكويت”.
وأضافت أن “المطلوبين المضبوطين، كانوا يشكّلون جزءاً مهماً من مصادر التمويل المالي لنشاطات الإخوان المسلمين في مصر”، مشيرة إلى أن “الفيومي يعتبر أهم المضبوطين وتمت مراقبته على مدى فترة طويلة، حيث ثبُت وجود علاقة وثيقة تربطه ببقية المطلوبين سواء من خلال لقاءات مباشرة أو اتصالات مشتركة تجمعهم”.
وأضافت “الراي” وفق مصادرها أن “الفيومي ومن خلال اتصالاته مع أشخاص في مصر كان يقول لهم إن (الكويت ملاذ آمن لو عاوزين تيجو)”.
مصر تسلمت الخلية
وقالت المصادر إن “المضبوطين الثمانية تم تسليمهم إلى مصر، بحسب الاتفاقيات الثنائية الموقّعة بين البلدين، وبناء على طلب السلطات المصرية لوجود أحكام قضائية صادرة في حقهم، فضلاً عن أنهم غير مطلوبين قضائياً أو أمنياً في الكويت”.
وكشفت أن “عدداً آخر من المتورطين في القضايا والمدانين في مصر، وعددهم يقدّر بخمسة أشخاص لم يتم القبض عليهم في الكويت نظراً لمغادرتهم البلاد وتوجه بعضهم إلى الدوحة وبعضهم الآخر إلى تركيا”.

الأصغر عمراً 32 عاماً … والأكبر 56
زعيم المجموعة المضبوطة في الكويت يبلغ من العمر 36 عاماً وكفالته على شركة تجارية، بينما تتراوح أعمار المنتمين إلى المجموعة ما بين 56 عاماً (أكبرهم عمراً) و32 عاماً.
تدقيق على سجلات الكفلاء
الجهات الكافلة لإقامة أعضاء الخلية المضبوطة ستخضع سجلاتها إلى التدقيق من حيث أسماء المكفولين وانتماءاتهم وأماكن عملهم، وما إذا كانت لهم انتماءات محظورة من عدمها.
كفلاء أعضاء الخلية
كفالات الإقامة للمقبوض عليهم الذين تم ترحيلهم إلى مصر على ملفات شركتين ومؤسسة تجارية ومطبعة ومدرسة خاصة وجمعية خيرية وصيدلية.
زعيم الخلية
أبو بكر الفيومي الذي يعتبر رأس خلية الإخوان الإرهابية في الكويت رصدت له اتصالات وهو يقول لجماعته في مصر ممن يشكون من الضغط والمتابعة الأمنية: (الكويت ملاذ آمن لو عاوزين تيجو)، وهو الأمر الذي يشير إلى قدرة التنظيم على إجراء ترتيبات الدخول لعناصره وأيضاً إلى وجود آخرين.
أحكام غيابية
امتناع أعضاء الخلية عن دخول مصر منذ سنوات هو ما عرقل القبض عليهم ومحاكمتهم حضورياً أمام القضاء المصري الذي أصدر أحكاماً غيابية عليهم، وبناء على هذه الأحكام طلبت السلطات المصرية من الكويت تسليمهم.
ليست المرة الأولى
تعتبر عملية الضبط والترحيل للمطلوبين المصريين الثالثة خلال نحو العام ونصف العام، حيث كان قد سبق تسليم مطلوبين في حالتين منفصلتين سابقاً.
ومن بين الموقوفين، حسام العدل، وهو صيدلاني، كان قيادياً في تنظيم “الإخوان” في محافظة دمياط، وحكم عليه بالسجن لـ10 سنوات في قضية إرهابية، وهرب، قبل ثورة 30 يونيو إلى الكويت.
اغتيال النائب العام المصري
قالت مصادر إن من بين الموقوفين، من تورط في تظاهرات واقتحام مقار أمنية في محافظة الفيوم، وفي تظاهرات القاهرة، وأيضاً من هم على صلة بقضية اغتيال النائب العام المصري الراحل، المستشار هشام بركات. وفق “الراي”
رصد اتصالات
ذكرت المصادر أنه “تم رصد اتصالات بين أفراد الخلية، خصوصاً في تحركاتهم من عواصم عربية إلى الكويت، ومن اسطنبول إلى الكويت، وتم إبلاغ السلطات الكويتية بهذه الاتصالات”.
ضغوط نيابية
قبل الإعلان الرسمي عن ضبط أعضاء الخلية الإخوانية في الكويت، وتحديداً منذ الأربعاء الماضي، حاول نواب في مجلس الأمة ممارسة ضغوط شديدة على مسؤولين كويتيين لإطلاق سراح الثمانية المحكومين في مصر أو على الأقل السماح لهم بمغادرة الكويت إلى جهات أخرى غير مصر، إلا أن المسؤولين لم يعيروا محاولات الضغط والتوسط بالاً، ومن المتوقع أن يكون لذلك انعكاسات محلية ستُجابه بتشدّد حكومي كبير.
