شكوكاً حول نواياها علي ياحي مراسل @aliyahi32735487 لم يمنع وباء “كورونا” الحراكيين الجزائريين من الاستمرار في التحرك والنشاط، إذ أعلنوا إطلاق “إذاعة كورونا الدولية” التي من أهدافها تفعيل الحراك في زمن الحجر الصحي وإذكاء شعلة الحركة الاحتجاجية. وفي وقت طغت أخبار الوفيات والمصابين على المشهد الجزائري كما باقي دول العالم، وبينما تنفّست السلطة الصعداء بعد تعليق مسيرات الثلاثاء والجمعة الاحتجاجية، معتقدةً أنه تم تجاوز ضغط الحراك، ظهر مولود إعلامي تحت اسم “إذاعة كورونا الدولية”، ترفع شعارات ومطالب وأفكار الحراك الشعبي، وتبثّ على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي “فيسبوك” من الولايات المتحدة. “إذاعة كورونا الدولية” حراكية؟ ويقول مؤسس الإذاعة الصحافي عبد الله بن عدودة المقيم في الولايات المتحدة، إنّ “الإذاعة هي طريقة لإعادة بلورة الحراك في زمن الحجر ولإثبات أن الحركة الاحتجاجية ليست مجرد مسيرات فقط وإنما مشروع مجتمع”، مشيراً الى أنه يمكنه الاستمتاع بحرية تعبير أكبر مقارنةً بزملائه المقيمين في الجزائر بفضل شبكة الإنترنت. وتابع أنه “لا مجال للتخلي عن الميكروفون والتعبير الحرّ، ويجب الاستمرار في إعطاء الكلمة لكل الأشخاص الذين يصعب عليهم التعبير بشكل حرّ على المنابر الإعلامية الجزائرية”. ووعد أن “المغامرة الإذاعية ستستمر حتى بعد نهاية الحجر الصحي”. عبد الله بن عدودة صحافي عمل سابقاً في الإذاعة الحكومية الجزائرية، ثم انتقل إلى تقديم برنامج إخباري تهكّمي على قناة فضائية خاصة بعد فتح المجال السمعي البصري، لكن توقيف برنامجه من طرف إدارة القناة بإيعاز من جهات في السلطة آنذاك، خلال عهد الرئيس السابق عبد العزيز بوتفليقة، اضطره عام 2014 إلى مغادرة الجزائر باتجاه الولايات المتحدة. وقال إن “إذاعة كورونا الدولية” موجّهة إلى المستمع العربي عامة والجزائري بشكل خاص، إذ تبثّ الأخبار المتعلقة بالجزائر مرتين في الأسبوع مباشرة على موقع “فيسبوك” باللغتين العربية والفرنسية، إضافةً إلى مواضيع متنوعة، منها الاجتماعية والسياسية كالحراك الشعبي، بهدف محاربة الملل خلال الحجر والحفاظ على شعلة الحركة الاحتجاجية، مشيراً إلى أن فريقاً يساعده منتشر بين العاصمة الجزائرية ومحافظتي وهران وبومرداس، إضافةً إلى الدوحة وباريس. https://www.facebook.com/Radiocoronadz/posts/130791575235885 تسمية غريبة في المقابل، توقّع أستاذ الإعلام والاتصال عبد الكريم زديرة أن “إذاعة كورونا الدولية على الرغم من تسميتها الغريبة، ستثير الجدل على اعتبار أن كل المؤشرات توحي بأنها ستعتمد الإثارة السلبية والرأي المعارض”. وقال إن “مسيرة مؤسسها وانتشار فريقه المساعد في الدوحة وباريس دون غيرهما من العواصم، يثير الشكوك حول نوايا الإذاعة”. واعتبر زديرة أن “تصريحات مؤسس الإذاعة توحي بأن الأمر لا يتعلّق بأزمة كورونا وإنما تم استغلال الوباء الذي يثير الهلع للوصول إلى أكبر عدد ممكن من المتابعين ومنه تمرير مختلف الرسائل، بدليل استعماله تعابير مثل: الصامدون في الجمهورية الديمقراطية الشعبية، والإذاعة ديمقراطية للغاية”، مضيفاً أن “توقيت الإعلان عن الإذاعة الذي جاء متزامناً مع الانتقادات الموجّهة إلى السلطات الجزائرية من قِبل المنظمات الحقوقية الدولية، يطرح تساؤلات عدّة”. وختم أن “الإذاعة ستستقطب المعارضين الجزائريين وقد تقلق السلطة التي تحتاج إلى بعض الهدوء بعد جائحة كورونا لترتيب الأولويات التي تغيّرت رأساً على عقب مع تهاوي أسعار النفط والأزمة الاقتصادية المالية التي خلّفها الوباء”. وخصّصت الإذاعة برنامجاً للمعارض السياسي المعتقل كريم طابو الذي يُعتبر أحد رموز الحراك، وآخر للصحافي المسجون خالد درارني. كما تناولت يوم الجمعة الماضي، موضوع “التضييق على حرية التعبير والصحافة في الجزائر”. ودعا بن عدودة في برنامجه إلى “التآزر في الشدائد”، قائلاً “يجب أن نبقى متّحدين وعلى الدولة أن تفهم ذلك”، مستخدماً أغنية يردّدها الحراكيون “أيها النظام إرحل” وأخرى بعنوان “مدني في بلاد العسكر”. الجزائر تتهم باريس من جهة أخرى، رفضت السلطات الجزائرية بشدة تقريراً دولياً صنّفها في مرتبة متدنية على المؤشر العالمي لحرية الصحافة 2020، ووضعها في المركز 146 من بين 180 دولة. واتّهمت الجزائر باريس صراحةً بتحريك منظمات غير حكومية ضدها. وانتقد وزير الإعلام الجزائري، الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة، عمار بلحيمر، منظمة “مراسلون بلا حدود” التي تعتمد الصحافي خالد درارني الموجود رهن الحبس المؤقت، مراسلاً لها في الجزائر. وقال إن “بلاده تحصي 8000 صحافي، لا يعانون من ظروف عمل تعجيزية، أو من تقييد للحريات كما يحدث في دول عدّة في العالم، ولا يتم تسليط الضوء إلّا على ثلاثة أو أربعة صحافيين فقط”. أما محند السعيد بلعيد، الناطق الرسمي باسم الرئاسة الجزائرية، فصرح أن “حرية التعبير مصونة دستورياً إذا كانت تحترم القانون. أما إذا خرجت عن إطارها القانوني، فتصبح من اختصاص العدالة”، مضيفاً أن “حرية الصحافة هي وسيلة لبناء المجتمع وليس للإساءة إليه وإلى مقومات الدولة”، وواصفاً دعوات أُطلقت سابقاً لإخراج المواطنين إلى الشوارع في ظل انتشار فيروس كورونا باسم الحرية والديمقراطية بالأمر “غير المعقول”. وأشار إلى وجود “أطراف تستغل كل الوسائل لاستهداف الجزائر من خلال الحراك وكورونا”، كاشفاً عن أن “70 في المئة ممّا يُنشر على موقع فيسبوك بخصوص الجزائر غير جزائري”. الاستثمار في فراغ الساحة الإعلامية في السياق، اعتبر الصحافي إسلام رخيلة أنه “من الصعب الحكم باكراً على مثل هذه المنصات الإعلامية، بغض النظر عن المحتوى الذي تقدمه”، مشيراً إلى أن “الجميع يعلم مدى احترام حرية التعبير والصحافة في الجزائر، من دون أن ننسى انتهاكها من جانب بعض الجهات”. وأوضح أن “مثل هذه الإذاعات تمارس معارضتها بكل حرية، نظراً إلى صعوبة مراقبة محتواها، لذلك تفضّل البث من الخارج لتجنّب حجبها”. وأضاف رخيلة أن “النقطة التي تثير علامة استفهام هي الجهات التي تموّل وتدفع تكاليفها وأجور موظفيها، في حال اعتبرنا أن هذه المنصات تملك مقراً وتوظف صحافيين وتملك عتاداً كبيراً للبث”، مشيراً إلى أنها “قد تكون منبراً للمعارضين الذين يخدمون توجّهها فقط، وليس للذين يعارضون بكل منطقية، وهذا ما عشناه خلال فترة الحراك، إذ ظهرت فئة تعارض بعد فقدان مصالحها، كما ظهرت فئات أخرى تكنّ كل الحقد والكراهية للوطن وليس بمنطق معارضة، بل من منطلق عدائي”. وأبرز أن “عدداً كبيراً
