AFP / تجاوز عدد المهاجرين الذين نقلوا الى متن السفينتين الإنسانيتين “أوبن أرمز” و”أوشن فايكينغ” ال400 مهاجر بعد أن قامت السفينة الثانية بعملية إنقاذ ثالثة قبالة الشواطئ الليبية الأحد، من دون أن يتم التوّصل حتى الآن الى اتفاق حول البلد الذي سيستقبلهم.
ومع أنه قد تمّ تجاوز قدرة الاستيعاب لدى السفينتين، فإنّ منسّق عمليات البحث والإغاثة في منظمة “أس أو أس مديترانيه” نيكولاس رومانيوك قرّر مواصلة الإبحار في منطقة تقع على بعد نحو ستين ميلاً بحرياً (نحو 110 كلم) من طرابلس، لتقديم المساعدة لزوارق إضافية قد تصل وهي تقلّ مزيداً من المهاجرين.
وقال في تصريح لصحافية في فرانس برس موجودة على متن السفينة “أوشن فايكينغ” “نحن الوحيدون في المنطقة وخفر السواحل الليبيون لا يجيبون”، مشيراً إلى أنّ الظروف المناخية الجيّدة تشجّع المهاجرين على الإبحار.
وقد يكون الحضور الخجول للسلطات على السواحل الليبية عائداً إلى عطلة عيد الأضحى التي بدأت الأحد.
وأنقذت السفينة “أوشن فايكينغ” مهاجرين الأحد في ثالث عملية لها في غضون ثلاثة أيام. وهذه السفينة تابعة لمنظمتين إنسانيتين غير حكوميتين هما “أس أو أس مديترانيه” و”أطباء بلا حدود”.
وأضاف رومانيوك “نحن مستنفرون 24 ساعة على 24 ونملك رادارين يغطيان المنطقة. وهذا الصباح قامت طائرة استطلاع بإبلاغنا بوجود زورق جديد فتوجهنا شمالاً”.
وعثرت السفينة على زورق مطاطي لا يتجاوز طوله السبعة أمتار وقد تكدّس على متنه 81 شاباً سارعوا إلى التصفيق فرحاً عندما اقتربت سفينة الإنقاذ منهم.
وتبيّن أنّ غالبيتهم من السودانيين تتراوح أعمار القسم الأكبر منهم بين 18 و34 عاماً وقد غادروا الشواطئ الليبية مساء السبت.
وتابع رومانيوك “يقوم المهرّبون بصنع هذه الزوارق بأنفسهم عبر ربط قطع من المطاط ببعضها البعض”.
وغالبية المهاجرين الموجودين حالياً على متن “أوشن فايكينغ” هم من السودانيين (نحو الثلثين) لكنّ الزورق الأول الذي تمّ إنقاذه الجمعة كان ينقل أيضا مهاجرين من السنغال وساحل العاج كانوا يعملون في ليبيا ويريدون الفرار منها.
– جروح ناتجة عن التعذيب –
وقال لوكا الذي يعمل طبيباً مع منظمة “أطباء بلا حدود” إنّ “الأشخاص الذين تم إنقاذهم يعانون من الجفاف كما لوحظ أنّ بعضهم يحمل آثار تعذيب”.
وفي جزيرة لامبيدوزا الإيطالية تطرّق الممثّل ريتشارد غير إلى وضع هؤلاء المهاجرين وما عانوه في مؤتمر صحافي عقده السبت مع مسؤولين في منظمة “برواكتيفا أوبن آرمز” غير الحكومية، والتي لا تزال السفينة التابعة لها في مكانها قرب هذه الجزيرة الواقعة في جنوب إيطاليا وعلى متنها 160 مهاجراً.
وقال الممثل الأميركي “إنّهم بالفعل أقوياء. لقد تعرّضوا لظروف فظيعة أشبه بالجحيم تراوحت بين التعذيب والاغتصاب والسجن، ولا بد من التوقف عن شيطنتهم، والتعامل معهم على أنهم بشر”.
وكان أوسكار كامبس مؤسّس “أوبن أرمز” وجه نداءً جديداً الأحد دعا فيه إلى التضامن الأوروبي. وقال في ندائه “إنه اليوم العاشر لنا على متن السفينة واليوم الأحد الطقس حار جداً. نحن نقاوم، ولدينا 160 سبباً يدفعنا لنفعل ذلك. فمعنا 160 كائناً بشرياً يحقّ لهم النزول في مرفأ آمن. العار عليك يا أوروبا”.
وقامت مروحية بنقل ثمانية مهاجرين من على متن “أوبن أرمز” الى مالطا في حين نقل مهاجر آخر إلى لامبيدوزا. ونقل هؤلاء للاشتباه بإصابتهم بالسلّ والالتهاب الرئوي، كما أنّ بينهم امرأة مصابة بسرطان في الدماغ.
وطالبت “أوبن أرمز” بإجلاء ثلاثة أشخاص مرضى يعانون من السلّ والالتهاب الرئوي والسرطان من دون نتيجة.
ووسط هذه المعمعة تمكّن 29 مهاجراً من الرسو مباشرة على الشواطئ الإيطالية الأحد وهم 16 إيرانياً وعراقياً و13 من شمال أفريقيا.
