والحرف اليدوية والموسيقى انديندنت عربية / عيسى نهاري صحافي في خطوة جادة تهدف إلى إعادة تصحيح المسار، وتدعيم الحراك الثقافي بالمواهب الفنية الشابة، أصدر وزير الثقافة السعودي، الأمير بدر بن عبد الله بن فرحان، قرارا يقضي بإنشاء أكاديميتين للفنون تستقبل ما يزيد على 2000 متدرب، حيث تختص الأولى بالتراث الشعبي والفنون التقليدية والحرف اليدوية، بينما تُعنى الأكاديمية الثانية بالموسيقى. هجرة الفن السعودي وتأتي مبادرة أكاديميات الفنون بعد حزمة من التغييرات التي شهدتها السعودية في السنوات الأخيرة على كافة المستويات، ومنها الصعيد الفني الذي انتعش أخيرا بتذليل كافة العقبات أمام الفنانين السعوديين، وإتاحة الفرصة لهم لعرض مواهبهم وقدراتهم في دور المسارح والصالات الفنية، بالإضافة إلى تسهيل استخراج التراخيص الرسمية للمؤسسات الراغبة بإحياء الحفلات والفعاليات الموسيقية. ومع إعلان وزارة الثقافة أمس عن إنشاء أكاديمية الموسيقى، تعود الذاكرة إلى استذكار أعوام الهجرة الفنية التي كان بطلها الفن السعودي، ومعاناة الفنان السعودي الذي كان يستطيع التغريد في كافة بقاع العالم عدا بلده، ما دعا الجهات المعنية إلى اتخاذ قرار يسمح بعودة الحفلات الغنائية بعد سنوات من الحرمان عاشها الجمهور السعودي. وأعقبت عودة الحفلات الغنائية وتأسيس المجمع الملكي للفنون، وإنشاء أكاديميات الفنون المتخصصة التي تسهم في رفد القطاعات الفنية أطلقتها الوزارة في مارس (آذار) الماضي، تحت إطار استراتيجية الوزارة لإعادة تشكيل الثقافة كنمط حياة، يسهم في النمو الاقتصادي، ويعزز مكانة السعودية دوليا. وتأتي خطوة تأسيس أكاديميات الفنون بعد سنوات عديدة تعالت فيها أصوات الفنانين السعوديين المطالبين بتأسيس بيئة فنية متكاملة تتولى مهمة احتضان المواهب الشابة في المجالات الفنية المتنوعة كالموسيقى والغناء والمسرح، بالإضافة إلى التراث والحرف اليدوية، وذلك في سبيل الارتقاء بالحراك الفني، وتقديم منتج ثقافي تراثي يتسم بالحداثة والأصالة. ويرى مدير الفرقة الوطنية الموسيقية السعودية، الفنان حسن خيرات، أن قرار إنشاء أكاديمية الموسيقى ضروري لمواكبة الحراك العالمي، فلا يمكن تقديم جيل فني جيد إلا بالتدريب والتأهيل، وفي السعودية لا توجد كوادر فنية متعلمة، لذلك من المهم جمع المواهب الناشئة من العازفين والفنانين ذوي القدرات الجيدة وتدريبهم، وصولا إلى جيل فني جديد من الشباب والفتيات. ويستطرد خيرات “سبق أن تقدمنا بمبادرة الفرقة الوطنية الموسيقية قبل هذه القرارات بثلاث سنوات، وهي مكتملة التفاصيل والأركان من أقسام التعليم والتدريب والتلحين والحفاظ على الموروث”، موضحا حاجة الفنون إلى توفر الكادر الإداري الشغوف لخدمتها، لا سيما في مجال التدريب، حيث أصبحت هناك سوق سوداء لتعليم الموسيقى تقدم دورات تدريبية، وهذا بلا شك يُعتبر إثراءً جيدا، ولكن هناك مبالغة في الأجر المطلوب، فضلا عن عدم وجود شهادات معتمدة تثبت استيفاء متطلبات المسار التدريبي. من آلة قاتلة إلى آلة موسيقية ويقول خيرات “تقدمت أخيرا بفكرة إدخال تعليم الموسيقى ضمن التدريب المهني للسجون، تخيل أن يعود السجين إلى العالم الواقعي فيقتني آلة موسيقية بدلا من العودة للأداة الحادة التي أودعته السجن، والعازف الموسيقي يستطيع العيش بكرامة بسبب الأرباح الجيدة التي قد يجنيها، وقابلية نفسه للإجرام تقل، ويوما بعد يوم، تصبح روحه طيبة كارهة للعنف”، مشيرا إلى أنه “أصبح هناك اهتمام بالجانب الموسيقي في السجون لما للموسيقى من أثر على الفرد، فهي صوت السلام الذي يهذّب الإنسان والذائقة”، بحسب وصفه. الموسيقى في مدارس التعليم العام “إندبندنت عربية” فتحت قضية افتتاح فصول الموسيقى في مدارس التعليم العام بالسعودية، حيث تسود حالة من الاعتقاد أن مهمة هذه الأكاديميات الفنية سوف تكون صعبة ومستحيلة، بسبب افتقاد الشباب والفتيات بالسعودية إلى الأساسيات البسيطة في علوم الموسيقى والمقامات. وفي وقت سابق، برزت حالة من الجدل تجاه استخدام الموسيقى في المسارح المدرسية، حيث علّق أحد مسؤولي وزارة التعليم بأنه لا مانع من استخدامها، ولحق ذلك إعلان أكاديمية الشعر العربي التابعة لجامعة الطائف التعاقد مع معهد متخصص لتعليم الموسيقى، وإنشاء أول فرقة موسيقية داخل أروقة الجامعة. وكانت هناك أصوات تنادي بتدريس الموسيقى في مدارس التعليم العام، ومن الممكن أن يسهم قرار وزارة الثقافة الشجاع في إعادة طرح الملف على ساحة وزارة التعليم السعودية. ويعتقد الفنان حسن خيرات أنه من المهم جدا أن يتم إدراج تعليم أساسيات الموسيقى في الصفوف الدنيا لكونها تعتبر موادا تمهيدية ذات فائدة للطفل في التعرف على المقامات الموسيقية وتصنيف الأصوات. أكاديمية التراث كما شمل قرار وزير الثقافة السعودي إنشاء أكاديمية التراث والحرف اليدوية، التي تعد تحولا مهما في توجه وزارة الثقافة، وأول خطوة عملية تقوم بها الوزارة في مجال التراث، وذلك بعد توقيعها مذكرة تفاهم مع هيئة السياحة السعودية، لنقل قطاع التراث الوطني من الهيئة إلى الوزارة. ويعوّل أصحاب المتاحف الشخصية على وزارة الثقافة في احتضانهم، وتسهيل كافة العقبات التي تواجههم، حيث يطمحون إلى اهتمام أكبر بالمتاحف، وتوفير الإمكانيات اللازمة التي تساعدهم على الارتقاء بها، والمساعدة على انتشارها وضمان استدامتها، لما تحتويه من إرث تاريخي يوثّق المكان والزمان. ويقف على الجهة الأخرى، أصحاب الحرف اليدوية والمهتمين بالتراث الذين يرون في أكاديمية التراث فرصة ذهبية لاكتساب المعرفة النظرية إلى جانب الخبرة العملية التي اكتسبوها بالجهد والممارسة، آملين أن تحتضنهم أكاديمية التراث، وتسهم في صقل قدراتهم ومهاراتهم الفنية في سبيل الخروج بمنتجات تراثية متقنة، حيث من المتوقع أن تسهم الأكاديمية في تدريب 1000 طالب. وصرّح وزير الثقافة السعودي، الأمير بدر بن عبد الله بن فرحان، لوكالة الأنباء السعودية (واس)، بأن أكاديميات الفنون ستكون بداية التأهيل الأكاديمي
